We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in good condition. It does not need to be in original packaging, but must not be heavily used or damaged due to misuse.
Returns:
To start a return, please contact us at support@homvrt.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and provide the best solution based on your situation.
Please note:
- In some cases, you may not be required to return the item. We may offer a refund or replacement directly.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- International return shipping costs may vary depending on your location.
- We do not accept returns without prior approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
Non-returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (if applicable)
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. You must notify us within this period.
Refunds:
Once your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
