Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (from order dispatch):
- North America: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Asia: 7–20 business days
- Other regions: 14–28 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

International Shipping:
All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes of the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at support@homvrt.com. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@homvrt.com. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution, which may include reshipment or refund depending on the circumstances.

Shipping Exceptions:
Some remote areas or countries may experience longer delivery times. We recommend placing your order in advance if you need it by a specific date.
